Rachael Robenolt is the company's President and a Community Manager in the San Diego office. She is also responsible for overseeing marketing and growth operations. Rachael started 360 Community Management after eight years of managing HOA’s and with more than 18 years in management and marketing experience.
Rachael's experience in both community management and serving on her own Association's Board of Directors has given her the necessary
insight to manage all of the details of a community association. Rachael has earned her CMCA designation and continues to expand her knowledge of Community Association Management.
She has worked in varied fields, including research, management, safety and education. Recent research endeavors have focused on homebuilder and consumer research. Rachael has served on the advisory board of the American Heart Association as well as Kaiser Hospital Hawaii.
Rachael graduated from the University of Nebraska, and more recently attended graduate courses at the San Diego State University, with a
focus on Marketing Management.
ACCOUNTINGOur Accounting Department consists of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll. Accounts Payable process checks four times per month to ensure timely payment to all vendors. Accounts Receivable processes all homeowner payments through either the LockBox or through electronic scanning to ensure accurate and timely application of payments to homeowner accounts. Payroll for HOA employees is processed through ADP.
COLLECTIONSOur in house Collection Department provides the most efficient method for collection of delinquent homeowner dues. Our proprietary software ensures that all steps in the collection process are taken in a timely manner, while remaining in compliance with California Law and Civil Code.
MAINTENANCEWe are licensed with the Contractors State Licensing Board, which allows us to address a wide variety of maintenance needs. Our Maintenance Supervisors will meet with Board Members, perform walkthroughs, ensure timely processing of all work orders and provide monthly written reports of all work completed.
